We loved our time at the Betula Chalet - a beautiful, lovely place to relax and calm down. Nearby are several places to visit by car and you can enjoy the beautiful view into the forest from the living room and terrace with several deer nearby. The house was very clean + tasteful and had fantastic kitchen equipment. It was by far the best accommodation in Scotland that we had. 100% recommendation! Thanks for letting us stay!
This little chalet is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a perfect location, it’s ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some real peace and quiet.
We had a perfect winter getaway at Betula! The chalet had everything we needed and was very cosy and comfy. The area was beautiful, quiet, and secluded, but was only a 15 min drive to Nairn for shops, pubs and the beach. It was a great location for going out on lovely woodland or coastal walks, including some walks starting right at the cabin! In the afternoons and evenings it was the perfect space to relax in and read, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking when we preferred to stay in. On clear nights you could see so many stars when you stepped outside, it was gorgeous!! Absolutely perfect and we’d love to come stay again.
Beautiful location, great place to go and completely switch off, plenty of places to walk and get out and about and then come back and relax and just take in the views… we also got a highland winter with plenty snow, couldn’t ask for more.
Wonderful place to stay, it’s a beautiful cabin in a peaceful location. You can spend the days walking through woods to the loch or down to the Findhorn river to watch salmon jumping. The hosts recommended a drive to the beach which was excellent for the dogs. We either sat and watched the birds through the huge glass front or the stars from around the outdoor fire pit. There’s everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay
We loved our stay at Betula Chalet. it was so peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It was immaculately clean and had some of the best guest instructions and things to do pamphlets we have ever seen at a place where we are staying. it really helped us plan some things to do. We would have loved to stay longer - the only regret. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. thank you for your hospitality.
Had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous, clean, well-appointed and comfortable chalet. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely local walks and such a tranquil place. I stayed in order to work on a novel, and can’t think of anywhere more perfect to write. Anna communicated brilliantly before my stay, and Paul came round to check I was OK and to welcome me. 5 stars - would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet stay in the woods in a lovey home.
Stayed for a few days on trip to the Highlands. Quiet location that was good for morning walks and a short drive to stores, restaurants, etc.
