With summer in full swing we have now a BBQ available and you can set your breakfast, lunch or dinner table outside on the deck. How about that?
The Coronavirus outbreak has big implications on everyone's life. Unfortunately it meant that we had to close the Chalet mid-March.
However, here at Betula we try our very best to deal with the situation and make your stay as safe as possible. During Phase 3 of the route-map out of lockdown in Scotland we were be able to re-open and could welcome guests again on July 15th.
To make your stay safe we introduced a few measures
- a keybox is in place, hence there is no need for any interaction between guests and hosts
- we extended your change-over period between guests; this will give us more time to clean/disinfect and we follow the CDC recommendation for the hospitality sector
- we introduced an advanced cleaning protocol according to the Scottish Self-catering Association and we signed up and implemented the Airbnb 'commitment to clean'
- cleaning products and other hygiene articles are available to guests at all times
->for any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to get in touch
a touch of luxury arrived at Betula with the introduction of the amazing and local products by "The Highland Soap Company"!
And if local and organic is not already good enough: we refill all bottles to reduce plastic waste.
nothing is normal for us this month, however nature is reassuringly normal
during this month we have seen the most snowy days this winter- simply magical!
this morning we woke up to a touch of winter- Betula does look good, no matter the season
